Cancellation Policy

Please arrive on time to avoid appt rescheduling. Refrain from bringing extra guests, children or animals. 40% deposit required for all appts, deposit non-refundable but transferable with enough notice. 48 hour cancellation for all tattoo services & 24 hour cancellation for all other services. Last minute cancellations/no shows will result in deposit loss. If you have issues or concern with your service (please inform us immediately) so that we can assist you. All sales final. LASHCRAVE does not issue any refunds.
