• 40% non-refundable deposit required for all appointments • 48 hours notice required for tattoo services & 24 hours for all other services, last minute cancellations or no shows will result in deposit loss • please arrive on time • refrain from bringing extra guests, children, or animals • communicate with your artist by texting (727)420-7929 • all sales are finals • LASHCRAVE does not issue any refunds
